One Fireplace 8 Ways

I love the way this fireplace is designed. (see link at bottom of this post for fireplace)

I'm buying a lakehouse soon to remodel and I think this look is what I want.

I plan to hang one of my large snow scenes above it, the wall is 30 feet high so it will need a large impact piece like this one below. Go to my Artwork page to view more snow paintings.

'Snow Drifts'

It's not just about snow, it's about natures own design with shadows and stark colors of blue.

I love creating new dishes!

I try to stick to a vegetarian diet, this recipe was so delicious. Eggplant wit garlic and anchovy. You can find it on Pinterest. I added the tomatoes because they needed to get  eaten, I also used two egggplants and needed and extra baking dish. Soooo tasty.

Just because the label is cool...

I usually don't buy wine just for it's niffty label, but this one
caught my attention today and I thought why not.

It's very clever and apparently it's the fairest chardonnay.

Happy Halloween!

When I'm not painting

October is my favorite month.

I love it for the weather and all the beautiful color that comes.
It's nature's finale after summer.

Last weekend I wen't to Charlottesville, Va. to explore a little history at the home of Thomas Jefferson - Monticello.

Then enjoyed some beautiful wineries, not just for the wine but the breathtaking views of the Virginia countryside.
